LAMINATING

Lamination is the process of bonding layers of fabric together to ensure product durability. We have access to superior machinery and highly skilled staff who are able to ensure a premium product is manufactured through this service.

DIE CUTTING

Die cutting is a delicate procedure which may prove problematic for some, but the team at Biomed have mastered this process. Our manufacturing facilities house high precision die cutting machinery, which has the ability to cut through a variety of fabrics, regardless of their shape, form and size.

SEWING

To ensure maximum quality, we understand that it is imperative that products are carefully sewn. Unfortunately, this is a process that is constantly overlooked within the manufacturing industry and results in impeding product durability, reputation and reliability. Therefore, at Biomed, we use a variety of advanced automated and non-automated sewing machines, that are continuously calibrated and upgraded to guarantee the finest quality products every time.

WAREHOUSING

At Biomed, we have access to secure and reliable storage space for our customers to utilise. This reassures our clients that their products will be housed within sufficient spaces and are protected to minimise any potential risk to being damaged or lost.

In order to maintain our ISO 9001 certification, Biomed follows strict procedures for quality assurance. This method ensures that our team track our product batches through important identification serials. This is a crucial aspect to our quality control, as we are easily able to identify errors should they be encountered, and allows us to take the appropriate measures to reduce risks and implement prevention procedures if necessary.

ULTRASONIC WELDING

At Biomed, we recognise that flaws in production methods can have detrimental effects to the the final product and hinder it’s durability and functionality. To overcome this and in order to provide the best quality service available, Biomed have access to established industry approved automated ultrasonic machinery and highly trained staff who posses a high degree of knowledge and expertise.
